Kids love and cherish this Chicken Pizza Recipe with Pineapple. I usually bulk-freeze the homemade pizza dough so that I can have chicken pizza ready for dinner any time. The only thing to remember is to thaw the dough for a few hours. It only takes a few minutes to put together the pizza. The preparation time is 15 minutes and it’s all over by the little ones in less than 10 minutes 🙂
The recipe uses marinara sauce, plain grilled chicken with salt and pepper and some canned pineapple. I usually buy mozzarella cheese at Costco in bulk. It’s much cheaper that way. I have tried this recipe with fresh pineapple and of course the taste is much better compared to canned pineapple. Feel free to experiment with toppings and sauce of your choice.
The most important tip for the perfect crust Chicken Pizza Recipe is brushing you pizza with olive oil before you load your pizza into oven. Remember to sprinkle a little seasoning as a final touch.

I replaced chicken with paneer to make it a vegetarian variant. My little one loved it. And yes it was over in less than 10 minutes.
