These are easy hot baked chicken wings for your next game night. Prepping is super easy and takes only 10 minutes. The prepped wings do need to be refrigerated for at least an hour to get the right amount of crispiness in the wings without the need to fry. I usually refrigerate the wings overnight before baking.
The recipe is simple and you can adjust the quantities of the ingredients per taste without messing anything up. Broiling is optional but it will add a nice color to your wings.
Toss all ingredients, except butter and sauce, in a ziplock bag. Seal the bag and give it a nice shake to coat all the wings evenly. Refrigeration ensures that the coating stays on the wings even while baking. Before baking, coat the wings with a mixture of butter and hot sauce and bake them in the oven for the perfect crispy hot baked chicken wings – Crispy on the outside and soft juicy on the inside.
Then, chop up some carrots and celery and serve the wings with a dip of your choice.
