Ground lamb recipe – Keema puffs
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 cup minced lamb or keema
- 3 eggs boiled and halved
- 1 egg for egg wash
- 1 tbsp water for sealing pastry edges
- Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
- Cut the puff pastry into 6 squares.
- Fill each square with the minced lamb filling.
- Top with half an egg.
- Seal the edges with water.
- Brush the top with egg wash.
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
- Serve with hot and sweet tomato sauce.
