Explore this Ground Lamb – Keema Puffs Recipe to make a wonderful weekend evening snack. Sometimes, I even make them for weekend brunch. You can surely make the lamb keema filling a few days in advance and store it for later use. Accordingly, I make the filling in bulk and freeze it in small freezer bags. As a result, just a quick spin in the microwave brings the lamb keema filling back to the room temperature. Interestingly, the actual puff assembly takes about 10 minutes. The recipe for the filling can be found here. Kindly note that Ground lamb cooks quickly and tastes delicious and therefore I mostly prefer ground lamb for my recipes.

Bake the keema puffs in the oven for 12 minutes at 400 degrees and voila! Delicious keema puffs are ready! You can certainly have them on a relaxed weekend with a cup of chai or pack them for a little picnic in the park. Your kids will love them too.

Oh, and don’t forget the Ketchup or Maggi hot and sweet chili sauce. Kids, young and old.. everyone love biting on these keema puffs. Ground Lamb – Keema Puffs Recipe is simple to make and if you have the filling made in advance than its a super quick recipe you should surely try your hands on.
