As a result, this saves up a lot of time. We are also taking a shortcut by using cool whip instead of whipping heavy cream. I have used ready bought out cool whip. If you have time u may even make your own cool whip or whipped cream at home.
Traditionally Kulfi is an Indian desert made by slow heating the milk and reducing it to less than half of original volume resulting into condensed milk. Here, to make no cook recipe, I have used ready condensed milk. As a result, the preparation time has reduced to just 10 minutes. I have used Mango pulp, Sitaphal pulp (custard apple pulp) and Bidam Pista Kesar (BPK) in the base Malai Kulfi preparation to give it the desired flavor. You may even add strawberry pulp or blueberry pulp or any of your favorite fruit pulp to make the easy, quick & no cook Kulfi of your choice.

Kulfi dessert recipe
Ingredients
Malai kulfi
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 1 slice white bread
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ tub cool whip 4 oz
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
Sitaphal kulfi
- ¼ cup sitaphal or custard apple pulp
Mango kulfi
- ¼ cup mango pulp
BPK or Badam pista kesar kulfi
- 10 almonds
- 10 pistachios
- 10 strands saffron
- 2 tsp milk
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for malai kulfi in a blender and divide into 4 parts.
- Pour the first part in 2-3 kulfi molds and freeze to make malai kulfi.
- Mix sitaphal pulp in the 2nd part and freeze to make sitaphal kulfi.
- Mix mango pulp in the 3rd part and freeze to make mango kulfi.
- In the fourth part, mix powdered almonds, pistachios and saffron soaked milk. Freeze to make BPK kulfi.
