Explore this easy, quick and no cook kulfi recipe ready to freeze in minutes. And the great thing about this kulfi recipe is that there is no need to cook and reduce the milk. As a result, this saves up a lot of time. We are also taking a shortcut by using cool whip instead of whipping heavy cream. I have used ready bought out cool whip. If you have time u may even make your own cool whip or whipped cream at home.

Traditionally Kulfi is an Indian desert made by slow heating the milk and reducing it to less than half of original volume resulting into condensed milk. Here, to make no cook recipe, I have used ready condensed milk. As a result, the preparation time has reduced to just 10 minutes. Use this Easy Quick Kulfi Recipe to make and freeze the popsicles or typically called kulfi instantly even while you chat with your family and friends.

I have used Mango pulp, Sitaphal pulp (custard apple pulp) and Bidam Pista Kesar (BPK) in the base Malai Kulfi preparation to give it the desired flavor. You may even add strawberry pulp or blueberry pulp or any of your favorite fruit pulp to make the easy, quick & no cook Kulfi of your choice.

If you like this recipe, we are sure you will enjoy our baked mango yogurt and rasmalai.
