If you make the curry paste ahead of time, this crab curry recipe becomes super easy and is ready in no time.

Goan Crab Curry
Ingredients
- 6-8 crabs de-shelled and washed
- 1 onion small chopped
- 1/4 cup Goan curry masala
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onions and saute till they are translucent.
- Add turmeric powder and 1 cup water and salt.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add Goan curry paste and mix well.
- Add more water as needed.
- Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
